Re: Which Sydney based NRL club should move to the Central (Score: 1) by ThePreacher on Thursday, June 05 @ 12:33:49 CDT (User Info | Send a Message) | | It would have to be Souths.
Cronulla own their ground and surrounding area. Properly run "The Shire" is their oyster
Manly failed there before with the Northern Eagles and have just received govt and council grants for Brooky, and have Delmege part owning them, along with the other bloke whose name escapes me.
The Roosters have Australias best football stadium for their home and wouldn't relocate as long as Nick Politis is involved, and have no real need to anyway.
Souths are the side in trouble. No money, no leagues club, no home and next to no wins. They should move lock stock and barrell to the Central Coast and make themselves the local team. It's there only chance of survival in my opinion. |
