Given he’s dropping from WFA back to his own age, the double figure odds looks attractive. Turning to the Yalumba Stakes in what is generally regarded as a dress rehearsal for the Cox Plate, we think Pompeii Ruler currently $2.25 will be too good on his way to the WFA Championship of Australasia.
