World Cup 2010 European Qualifier: Group Nine

The World Cup 2010 European Qualifying stages continue on October 11 with Group Nine heading into their next round of matches with The Netherlands sitting atop the group with three points after one match while Macedonia and Scotland each have three points after a pair of matches.

Norway, which knocked off Macedonia 2-1 in their opener, will look to keep their lead in group play when they square off against Iceland which has played to a 2-2 draw with Norway and falling 2-1 to Scotland.

Scotland has knocked off Iceland but fell to Macedonia in their opener and will look to get a boost on Oct. 11 when they take on Norway. Norway played to a 2-2- draw with Iceland in their only match thus far.
