Kerry Collins Tosses Late Touch Down

NFL In a game that featured two of the best defenses in football it was a late touchdown toss from Kerry Collins to Alge Crumpler that was the difference as the Tennessee Titans (5-0) beat the Baltimore Ravens (2-2) 13-10 on Sunday.

Neither team could get much offense going in the first half as they each settled for field goals to go into the break tied 3-3. Baltimore finally found the endzone early in the third quarter as Le'Ron McClain pounded his way in from a yard out on the Ravens opening drive to put the score at 10-3.

Tennessee continued to struggle on offense but put three more points on the board early in the fourth as Rob Bironas kicked his second field goal of the game to pull the titans to within 10-6. After forcing the Ravens to punt the Titans put together an 11-play 80-yard drive that was capped by the Collins to Crumpler 15-yard touchdown pass with 1:56 left in the game.

Baltimore still had a shot to drive and at least even the score but Joe Flacco tossed his second interception of the game and by the time the Ravens got the ball back there was nothing they could do.
