Powell Wins In Poland

Track & Field Asafa Powell has continued his impressive form since finishing out of the medals at the Olympic Games in Beijing, easing to victory in Szczecin, Poland on Wednesday.

The former world record holder from Jamaica recorded a time of 9.89sec - his seventh successive time under 9.90sec since finishing fifth in the Olympic final.

Mike Rodgers of the United States finished second in 10.23sec while Andrew Hinds of Barbados was third in 10.41sec.
