Talkin Sport Comment by In The Hood

If the Salary Cap is so good for rugby league because the powers want an even comp, why does the draft work for the AFL ?
Their comp is very similar to the league ladder..No team has dominated over the past 20 years..
Sure teams have won 2 or 3 comps but that's about it..No league team will ever will 11 in a row again..

Am i being silly here or not..Can anyone imagine a run like the Dragons did back in the day ?
No..So why the cap, it dosen't fit.
