Roger Federer Back in Semis after Beating Mario Ancic in Straight Sets

Roger Federer has moved into the Wimbledon semifinals on Wednesday after he beat Mario Ancic in straight sets 6-1, 7-5, 6-4 at the All England Club.
Federer moved quickly through the first set and was rolling along in the second when the rains came and forced a short delay. It looked as if Ancic had regrouped a bit during the delay but Federer showed no signs of weakness as he pounded his way past the Croatian. Federer finished the match with 15 aces ad no double-faults and didn’t allow Ancic a single break point opportunity.
Federer has won 12 Grand Slam singles title and is looking to win his sixth straight Wimbledon title. Federer will now face the winner of the Marat Safin v. Feliciano Lopez match in the semifinals.
