Serena Williams joined sister Venus in the semifinals at Wimbledon on Tuesday after pounding Agnieszka Radwanska in straight sets 6-4, 6-0 to keep the possibility of an all-Williams finals at the All England Club.
Williams was as efficient as she could be, dominating the 51-minute match with an effective and accurate service game that kept Radwanska off balance. Williams collected 11 aces in the match and broke Radwanska’s serve on five of six opportunities.
Serena Williams has won eight Grand Slam singles titles and achieved a career Grand Slam with at least one victory at each of the four major events each year. Williams has two Wimbledon titles to her credit, both coming against her sister Venus.
